About Us
Who We Are

The Women's Empowerment Board (WEB) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that
raises money for local charities which are dedicated to empowering women.

Jacque Smith Jovic founded the organization in 2004 while working as television
news reporter.  Covering negative stories motivated her to try and make a positive
impact on the community.  She gathered some of her friends who also wanted to
promote positive change, specifically for women, and
WEB was born.
